Terms of service
The rules for using the site and the paid KDP tools, including the trial, the subscription, and what the data can and cannot promise.
These terms apply to aihustlesurfer.com, including the KDP tools at /kdp/, operated by AIHustleSurfer from the Philippines. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

What the site offers
The reviews, guides and KDP calculators are free to read and use without an account. The KDP keyword checker, category finder and niche scanner are paid tools that need an account and, after the trial, a subscription.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- One account per person. Do not share sign-in links or sessions with others.
- Keep the email address on your account working; it is how we send sign-in links, trial notices and any required notices about these terms or pricing.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
The free trial
A new account gets full access to the paid tools for 3 days, starting when the account is created. No payment details are needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. When the trial ends, the paid tools pause until you subscribe; the free calculators stay open.
The subscription
The paid tools cost US$9 per month, billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to the purchase, and sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a billing period. If something has gone wrong, such as being charged after cancelling, or a tool being unavailable for most of a billing period, email team@aihustlesurfer.com and we will put it right. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Changes to pricing
We may change the subscription price. Existing subscribers will be told by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to their renewal, and can cancel before then to avoid it. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Where the data comes from, and what it cannot promise
The research tools show figures drawn from publicly available Amazon and Google sources, collected on a refresh schedule rather than live while you browse. Between refreshes, Amazon rankings, review counts, category listings and search suggestions change, and a phrase nobody has checked before is queued for the next refresh rather than fetched on the spot. As a result:
- Figures may be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or currency.
- Estimates such as demand, competition and sales figures are derived from those sources using our own models and are estimates only.
- Sources can change how they present data or restrict access, which can delay or remove refreshes for some or all phrases.
AIHustleSurfer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Google or any other data source. "Amazon", "KDP" and "Kindle" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
No guarantee of results
Keyword, category and niche research helps you make decisions; it does not make them for you, and it does not guarantee sales, rankings or income. Publishing decisions, and their outcomes, are yours. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may use the tools for your own publishing research, including research you do for clients. You may not:
- copy, scrape, export in bulk, resell or republish the research database or substantial parts of it;
- access the tools by automated means or in a way that circumvents usage limits;
- share an account, or let others use it in place of buying their own;
- interfere with the site, probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where a breach is serious we may do so without notice; otherwise we will tell you and give you a chance to fix it.
Reviews, guides and links
Reviews and guides are our editorial opinion at the time of writing. Prices and features of the tools we cover change without warning. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our disclosure. Third-party sites we link to have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Our content
The text, scores, images, calculators and the compiled research database are owned by AIHustleSurfer or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Anything more needs our written permission.
No warranty
The site and the tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or that the tools will be error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and we do our best to keep the tools running but do not promise uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or the tools, or from reliance on their figures. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop using the site at any time, and you can have your account deleted by emailing us, as described in the privacy policy. Deleting an account cancels any active subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For changes that materially affect account holders we will email them at least 14 days before the change takes effect; continuing to use the tools after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you protections that cannot be overridden by this choice, you keep them. We would much rather resolve any dispute by email first: team@aihustlesurfer.com.
